Jim Beam White Label - 40%
Jim Beam is one of the best-selling brands of bourbon in the world. Made to the same formula since 1795 and aged for four years in oak barrels. This creates a mellow, smooth taste with hints of light spice.
Since 1795, there has been seven generations of the Beam family involved in the production of whiskey. It was given the name 'Jim Beam' in 1933 to honour James Beam who rebuilt the business after the prohibition.
Water filtered through the limestone rocks in central Kentucky is used to create Jim Beam. The distillery use a strain of yeast (used since the end of prohibition) and the mash is gradually created.
